At Nature's Nest, our pricing is presented as "New Price With HST Rebate" — meaning a previous $24,000 rebate is already netted in. The newer, larger $130K rebate may apply in addition, depending on individual eligibility.

This rebate does not apply to resale homes — making new construction structurally tax-advantaged for qualifying buyers.
